Scaling from founder-led chaos to a real company is the hardest stretch of the journey.

I work with a small number of founders each year who are typically doing between $1M - $20M+ in revenue. They’re navigating the messy middle: fixing team structure, hiring senior leaders, being intentional about culture, creating scale systems, and prioritizing what matters.

I work best with companies that are already winning. This isn’t turnaround work. It’s about helping strong businesses level up—turning momentum into systems, and leadership into leverage.

What Makes This Different:

I’m not a generalist or a mindset coach. I’ve been a CEO. I’ve built and run eight-figure businesses, led teams, and scaled media brands and communities. I don’t talk in abstractions or just ask you questions — I help you make decisions, hire the right people, close candidates, and move faster.

I’ve been a 2x CEO, VP at HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS), and spent 10+ years in the c-suite at The Motley Fool (a $400M+ revenue company). I led The Hustle through its acquisition and was most recently CEO of Hampton.


There are two ways to work with me:
